Responsible for the strategy definition, strategy execution, and business performance of brokers and Agencies in country. Assist lines of business with the identification of opportunity and execution of strategic plans. Help develop new relationships with broking partners in lines of business with limited exposure and analyse current broking trends to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of communication.
