Responsible for the strategy definition, strategy execution, and business performance of brokers and Agencies in country. Assist lines of business with the identification of opportunity and execution of strategic plans. Help develop new relationships with broking partners in lines of business with limited exposure and analyse current broking trends to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of communication. Build customer loyalty aligned with Starr value proposition. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive strategic partnership between Starr and it’s broking partners across the region; * Contribute to the achievement of the operating plan through effective services and development of the existing client base and growth of new business; * Act as a primary channel for strategic communication between Starr and broking house leadership; * Assist country manager with in-country distribution strategies; * Track, develop and maintain strong working relationships with Carrier Management Teams and Broking groups to leverage and support Starr position for national growth with each Broker; * Formalize and implement annual broker plans focusing on; * Oversee and monitor MI related to broker engagement and utilisation; * Develop regular reporting of broker performance for leadership and any relevant committees; * Assist wi
