The Distribution lead will be responsible for leading the distribution staff in the day-to-day operations of the department; this individual will ensure the safe delivery of medicated products to different clients of Jushi. ## WHAT YOU WILL DO Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives preciselyEnsure that all required shipping documents (manifest, invoice, etc.) are available for inspection, that appropriate paperwork accompanies shipment with delivery and filed away at the end of the shift.Apply knowledge of safe driving skills in maneuvering vehicle in difficult situations, such as heavy traffic, inclement weather, and tight loading dock areas.Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading/unloading a truckCommunicating with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members to make deliveriesMeeting delivery deadlinesPerforming and scheduling of basic truck maintenanceLoading and unloading cargoTracking shipments and deliveriesObtaining client or customer signatures when neededImmediately notify VP of Global Security/SOC in the event of a mechanical malfunction of the security or surveillance system that is anticipated to exceed a 4-hour period Create sales orders and manifests in seed to sale system.Edit existing sales orders and manifests as needed.
