Full Job Description

Fleet Co-ordinator Annual Salary £36,444 plus a great range of benefits Monday - Friday, 08:00AM - 17:30PM (45 Hours PW) Newark Brakes is a top UK food business and a proud part of Sysco GB – the world's leading foodservice company. So join us in Newark as a Fleet Coordinator, and help us build, manage and run a safe and efficient fleet of vehicles. A satisfying role You’ll be central to making sure that vehicles within our fleet are available for use and that our lorries, vans and drivers are ready, willing and able to deliver to customers. Managing fleet road compliance and vehicle repair requirements according to regulatory and organisational policies, you’ll ensure VORs are logged, MOTs are managed and the O license is adhered to. You’ll also communicate vehicle availability to the wider transport teams, arrange callouts for breakdowns when required, and support internal and external audits. What you bring to the mix If you’re highly organised, skilled at setting priorities and working towards tight deadlines, you’ve got what it takes to be brilliant at Brakes.
