**What You Will Do:** * Manage reporting, compensation and analysis process for the Distribution channel in Ecolab * Coordination of monthly performance cycle, actual analysis and reporting activities for Europe * Communication across business partners, incl. Ecolab divisions, market representatives on various business matters * Managing and developing talents in the team * Develop or/and improve management reports to support better business decisions. Be a system and management reporting expert for European finance stakeholders * Support implementation of the Distribution standard finance model, including onboarding new customers and transitions * Deliver various ad hoc analyses and support planning activities **What You Will Need:** * 5+ years of relevant work experience in finance in a multinational company * Good knowledge of financial processes in industry and business understanding behind the financial numbers. * Master’s degree in finance/Accounting.
