The site currently produces around 100 million litres of product every year! The role is responsible for leading, coaching DC team members and overseeing daily warehouse/transport activities to ensure an efficient and cost-effective operation. The incumbent is required to work Monday to Friday from 5AM to 1PM. **Responsibilities** * Lead and develop DC team capability, aligning daily activities with the broader business plan to achieve safety, cost, quality, and customer service targets. * Manage inventory, stock handling processes, and ensure accurate stock levels. * Build and maintain strong operational relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g: team members, 3rd party logistic partner, etc…). * Manage and report on key KPIs including inbound service levels, lead times, compliance, labour, and dispatch performance. * Cost management while promoting team engagement and continuous improvement initiatives **About you** * Hands-on leadership experience and ideally working in a FMCG supply chain environment or cold-chain networks * Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Principles) compliant warehouse (preferred) * Strong problem-solving skills – process-based decision making and conflict solution * Excellent leadership skill – ability to coach and influence team members * Computer literacy (Microsoft Words, Excels, Outlook, SAP, etc) **Bega Group Story** Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
