This position oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, and team coordination to meet customer expectations and operational goals. The DCC provides frontline leadership, promotes a strong safety culture, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. **What You’ll Do** * Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service standards * Monitor workflows and proactively address potential service gaps * Support and guide warehouse and yard teams, including scheduling, productivity, and performance feedback * Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, investigations, and system updates * Promote and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with Health & Safety and C-TPAT requirements * Resolve operational issues and customer concerns effectively * Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members * Maintain organized yard and warehouse operations, including proper storage and material handling * Collaborate with logistics, production, and customer service teams **What You Bring** * High school diploma or equivalent experience * Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-
