Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of HR experience, 2+ years supporting site operations as an HR Manager or Business Partner, background in industrial or distribution environments with large hourly populations, Experience supporting union avoidance strategies, Proven ability to influence leaders, build trust, and drive accountability, Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft tools
