On any given night, you’ll: * **Own the floor** — maintain and troubleshoot cutting-edge systems like: * AutoStore robotics * Dematic conveyor systems * Packsize packaging equipment (x4 & x7) * **Keep operations moving** — diagnose issues fast and get equipment back online with minimal downtime * **Run preventative maintenance** — stay ahead of breakdowns across: * Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and facility systems * **Be the go-to expert (SME)** — identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency * **Support the full facility** — from fire/life safety systems to lighting, cleanliness, and overall building upkeep * **Partner across teams** — collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, and outside vendors to keep everything aligned * **Stay safety-focused** — follow all PPE, OSHA, and facility standards while proactively addressing hazards # **What We’re Looking For:** You don’t have to know everything—but you do need to know your way around tools, systems, and problem-solving. * High School Diploma or equivalent * **3 + years of maintenance or technical experience** * Hands-on experience with: * Tools, repairs, and troubleshoo
