Rexel USA is one of the largest distributors of electrical products, data communication, and related supplies in the United States. Rexel USA operates its electrical distribution business in the United States through eight Regions that go to market under various banner and trade names, including Rexel, Rexel Automation, Gexpro, Mayer, and Platt Electric Supply. In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S. We are looking for a Distribution Center Lead to join our Rexel USA team in Denver, CO! Summary: The Distribution Center Lead is responsible for helping supervise and perform other aspects of their department to facilitate workflow. In the absence of the Distribution Center Supervisor or Distribution Center Assistant Supervisor, will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the department. Acts as a team lead to a small group of employees generally focused on a limited task. This position's schedule is from 4:00 PM to 12:30AM Monday through Friday. What You'll Do: * Contribute to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment. Assume responsibility for immediately addressing safety concerns * Assist in leading, training, and coordinating work including delivery scheduling, inbound and outbound processes, safety requirements, and special customer requirements * In the absence of the Distribution Center Supervisor or Distribution Center Assistant Supervisor, will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the department * Must know all department functions and processes * Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment, maintaining the security of the Distribution Center and accurate inventory * Ensure inbound and/or outbound shipments and products are accurate and free of damage * Ensure that jobs are correctly implemented, assigned effectively, and completed properly * Assist in maintenance and security of the Distr
