What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business or related experience, Minimum of two years of experience in an HR position, Intuition for business, partnered with a dedication to compliance and legality matters, Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, Ability to listen attentively to people's ideas and concerns, Analytical, diligent, and detail oriented, Outstanding project management and planning abilities, Ability to build effective, trusting relationships that contribute to personal and team efficiency, Keeps matters confidential and uses tact and courtesy while safeguarding confidentiality

What You'll Do.

Assesses gaps and opportunities for improvement of policies and processes relating to HR and recommend solutions

and maintain reporting for leadership team

Assists in the development and delivery of training to managers

and employees on human resource related laws and policies

Researches and stays abreast of current developments

and interpretational changes in laws affecting human resources

Educates and trains staff

Makes recommendations for changes to policies and procedures to maintain compliance with new developments

Coordinates the HR Audit process for all audits

Review contracts for HR compliance

Responds immediately to all audit findings

Ensures new processes and policies are implemented to ensure future HR compliance with contracts and grants
