Must Have

Assess gaps and opportunities for improvement of policies and processes
Recommend solutions for HR policies and processes
and maintain reporting for leadership team
Assist in the development and delivery of training
Educate and train staff on human resource related laws and policies
Make recommendations for changes to policies and procedures
Coordinate the HR Audit process
Review contracts for HR compliance
Respond to all audit findings
Ensure new processes and policies are implemented
