This role is responsible for managing finished goods inventory and overseeing all inbound and outbound freight activities at the Williamsport facility. The position supervises shipping and receiving operations across four 12-hour shift teams and additional 8-hour personnel, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate execution of all distribution processes. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Shipping & Logistics Coordination** * Review open sales orders and develop shipment plans based on product availability and customer delivery requirements * Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing slips, and customs paperwork * Adjust daily shipping plans, truck schedules, and documentation to meet operational demands * Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries * Review freight invoices and accessorial charges for accuracy and cost control ### **Inventory & Warehouse Management** * Maintain accurate finished goods inventory through system transactions a
