What You'll Do.
opening and unpacking shipments
verifying inventory received
stocking shelves for all incoming shipments to the distribution center in an efficient and timely manner
Complete inventory count and quality control checks for all incoming shipments including examining for theft and/or damage
Match incoming inventory to invoices and packing slips for proper size
Ensure boxes are bar-coded / labeled correctly
Stock shelves with new inventory

Full Job Description
Under general supervision responsible for unloading trucks, opening, and unpacking shipments, verifying inventory received and stocking the shelves for all incoming shipments to the distribution center in an efficient and timely manner. Unload trucks of all incoming shipments to the distribution center Open and unpack all shipments received Complete inventory count and quality control checks for all incoming shipments including examining for theft and/or damage Match incoming inventory to invoices and packing slips for proper size, quantity, color, style, etc. Ensure boxes are bar-coded / labeled correctly Stock shelves with new inventory Perform all other functions as required **Job Specifications** _Typically has the following skills or abilities:_ Two years of customer service or client service experience, demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships and resolve a variety of issues Ability to quickly learn the company’s products and service offerings and internal systems Ability to manage multiple concurrent account implementations and business issues Understanding of business objectives and the business environment Work within an agile environment, demonstrating a proven ability to adapt to change quickly Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills for setting work priorities and managing a high volume of information and requests from multiple sources Proficient with MS Office, word processing, and spreadsheet applications, including building files, writing formulas, combining columns, copying, and merging data/files #LI-MARCHON Compensation range for the role is listed below.
