Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, 3–5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel management, understanding of distribution networks, dealer management, and route-to-market strategies, Demonstrated ability to monitor KPIs (sales volume, coverage, sell-out performance) and drive improvements, Excellent communication and relationship management skills with distributors and cross-functional teams, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools, Fluent in English and French (written and spoken), Result-oriented and proactive with field execution capabilities in a dynamic environment

The Distribution Associate Manager works in close support of the Distribution Manager, contributing to the execution and follow-up of distribution strategies across assigned channels and territories. While the Distribution Manager leads the overall distribution strategy, the Associate Manager focuses on operational support.
