What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience., Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in IT Managed Services, supporting production environments across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and relational databases., Available for 24/7 prevention scale
Nice to Have
Certifications in cloud platforms, such as AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer., Professional certifications in Database Administration (e. g. , Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator)., Experience supporting high-transaction environments, financial systems, or critical application workloads., knowledge of ITIL frameworks, incident management workflows, serverless architectures, and microservices/container practices (Kubernetes, Docker).
