What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Atlassian ecosystem as a Lead Consultant or Administrator, Proven track record of implementing Jira Service Management (JSM) and Assets, Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ITIL 4 frameworks, Experience with REST APIs and connecting Atlassian to the wider DevSecOps or ITSM landscape, Fluency in English and Portuguese
Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceNow (either as a user, admin, or in migration projects), ITIL 4 Foundation or higher, Other ITSM Certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator)

Define and own the technical roadmap for client implementations
Act as the final technical gatekeeper for delivery teams
Consult on business process optimization
Define technical standards
Mentor junior consultants
Lead the resolution of complex technical and functional roadblocks
Expert-level configuration of complex Workflows
and Advanced Dashboards
Architect robust automation using Automation for Jira and ScriptRunner
Lead complex migrations (Server/Data Center to Cloud)
Design and implement API-based integrations with third-party enterprise tools
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Lead the technical discovery during Pre-Sales; Act as the 'Design Authority' during delivery; Partner with Sales to provide accurate technical scoping and effort estimations; Work in a high-performance model alongside dedicated Sales Specialists and Project Managers

We are looking for someone who doesn't just "configure Jira" but architects ecosystems. While Atlassian is your primary toolset, you possess a global vision of the full Atlassian platform — Cloud Migrations, Teamwork Collection (Jira, Confluence), Service Collection (JSM, CSM, Assets), and AI (Rovo). Your ability to map processes from other enterprise platforms and translate them into modern Atlassian practices is a key differentiator.
