About the Team At GOAT Group, the Disputes Team plays a critical role in saving the company’s bottomline from avoidable dispute and chargeback losses while upholding the highest standards of integrity and efficiency. In this role, you will: Handle escalated and complex dispute cases, providing support for the team. Investigate and resolve disputed transactions from credit/debit cardholders and online payment systems. Gather and analyze data to determine the appropriate course of action for disputes. Review queued transactions to identify fraudulent or legitimate activities. Collaborate on projects to improve processes and procedures within the Disputes Team. Communicate trends and best practices to peers and leadership regarding fraud and disputes. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the dispute process. Continuously seek ways to increase speed, efficiency, and accuracy in operations. Maximize transaction reviews while minimizing errors and losses. Maintain a positive attitude and be flexible in adjusting responsibilities as needed, including working one weekend day per week. Flexibility in working hours, particularly during peak seasons.
