What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Five (5) years of experience in financial planning and forecasting and/or financial analysis including cost/pricing analysis or related experience required

What You'll Do.
Provide leadership with financial and operational analysis to support dispute resolution strategies
Project reviews to ensure profitability and compliance
Comparing actuals to forecasts
Identifying risks and opportunities
Recommending actions to optimize dispute handling and cost-effectiveness
Perform reconciliation of variances between projected versus actual dispute-related financial performance
Partner with Finance to create forecasts and plans for dispute volumes
resolution costs and operational impacts
Monitor and report dispute performance against financial and operational recommend remediation strategies for variances
Understand dispute-related KPIs and their impact on short and long-term financial performance
Develop and maintain cost models for dispute services
incorporating impacts into forecast and future plans
