### General Job Description The role is responsible for overseeing pre-litigation strategy, claims handling, regulatory investigations, and formal dispute proceedings within the company group. The primary focus of this role is to safeguard the company's legal and commercial interests by implementing practical, risk-based dispute resolution strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards. ### Duties & Responsibilities * Manage disputes involving commercial contracts, vendors, partners, and service providers. * Prepare and review legal notices, demand letters, settlement correspondence, and other dispute-related documentation. * Supervise arbitration, litigation, and court proceedings in collaboration with external legal counsel. * Offer guidance to business stakeholders on legal exposure, dispute risks, and mitigation strategies. * Assist in pre-litigation assessments, claims handling, and development of dispute resolution strategies. * Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, and enforcement actions. * Manage evidence collection, internal fact-finding, and document preservation processes related to disputes and investigations. * Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to management regarding ongoing disputes. * Support negotiation and implementation of commercially viable settlements and resolutions. * Maintain accurate records of disputes, claims, investigations, and legal proceedings. ## Requirements ### Requirements for the Job Opening: * Education & Training: * Law degree from a recognized institution; LL.M. preferred. * Saudi license to practice law required. * Knowledge & Years of Experience: * 3–5 years of experience in disputes, arbitration, or litigation matters. * Experience handling complex commercial disputes and contentious matters. * Familiarity with Saudi courts, litigation procedures, and arbitration frameworks preferred. * Strong legal drafting skills, particularly in formal documents.
