What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 10 years of experience, Experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Agile Games, experience with Agile portfolio and sprint backlog planning, grooming and execution, Experience with technical functional modeling, diagramming, capturing functional specifications, writing User Stories, and capturing sequence diagrams, Experience with design, development, test and delivery of complex software and hardware systems, Experience with Scrum, and the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles, Demonstrated ability to work effectively within both an Agile and Waterfall team environment, background in hardware enabling software development, Proficient in coding languages such as C# and C++, Skilled in using tools including MS Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and Jira, Capable of developing small test applications to evaluate APIs, Exceptional ability to present technical materials and plans to audiences at all levels, including senior management, Extensive experience collaborating with third-party partners, setting strategic direction, managing expectations, and coordinating schedules, Expertise in the usability of software applications across multiple platforms, including Windows and MacOS, Solid understanding of Enterprise IT manageability, Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance, with debugging and troubleshooting skills, Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies: SCRUM, Scrumban, Kanban, etc., Proven experience as a technical lead, Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English

Team & Collaboration

Partnering closely with leaders from Product Planning; Partnering with partner software organizations; Coordinate and partner across all relevant engineering, program management, product management and marketing groups; Collaborate with management, development partners and stakeholders; Guide the team to remove impediments; Assist with internal and external communication

Present technical materials and plans to audiences at all levels; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Facilitation; Situational awareness; Conflict resolution; Increased transparency; Radiating information
