What You'll Do.
Leading the day‑to‑day workflow of the Dispensing team
accurate and efficient operations
collaboration and visual management techniques to deliver shift performance
Supporting colleagues through regular feedback
coaching and training
maintain high dispensing standards
Working closely with Buying
H&S and Shift Management teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Monitoring stock levels
equipment and consumables
Managing team communication through daily briefings and consistent updates
Ensuring compliance with company processes

Team & Collaboration
