What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 21 years old, High school diploma or GED required, Able to obtain a state Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card after hire
Nice to Have
1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred, Cannabis industry experience is helpful but not required
What You'll Do.
Greet guests and create a welcoming
professional atmosphere
Help customers navigate products and answer questions about cannabis options
Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
Ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience
Process purchases using the point-of-sale system
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
Prepare and package orders for customers
Assist in multiple areas of the dispensary including reception
and order fulfillment
and stock inventory deliveries

Follow all company policies and state cannabis regulations
