落实车间管理制度, 安全生产经常化、具体化, 参与编制车间管理制度, 执行生产计划, 编制车间生产计划, 汇报生产任务完成情况, 统计报表, 组织物料盘点, 监督设备日常保养, 参与车间现场管理, 参与编制安全管理办法, 参与安全隐患排除, 参与编制“5S”检查制度, 监督执行并持续改善, 遵守与执行体系要求, 支持车间Mafact运行工作, 进行分层审核, 现场先进先出管理, 驱动现场持续改进, 执行其他MAFACT条款要求, 车间临时性的管理事物, 车间经理授权的事物
