2+ years dispatching experience, 2+ years customer service experience, Proficiency with scheduling software, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Problem-solving skills, Attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Work efficiently under pressure, Constant communication with customers, vendors, co-workers
Nice to Have
Experience in home field services industry, Experience dispatching technicians, Service Titan experience, Knowledge of HVAC industries, Knowledge of Electrical industries, Knowledge of Plumbing industries, Knowledge of Appliance industries, Sign up to work 2-3 Saturdays per quarter

Evaluate service jobs
Dispatch service jobs
Relay accurate information to technicians
Dispatch technicians appropriately
Ensure first calls are assigned
Structure calls for max capacity
Complete job instructions audit
Meet daily revenue goals
Meet daily sales goals
Respond to customer requests
Resolve customer issues
Provide 5-star experience
Participate in training
Update customers on technician progress
Reschedule service calls
Complete customer updates
Reschedule calls in timely manner
Assist team in moving up calls
Schedule work sold by technicians
Order material for sold jobs
Outbound calling to meet 3-day call board
