What You'll Do.
dispatching all buses
ensuring on-time performance of routes
counseling drivers and monitors on front line
overseeing all routes and scheduling of buses
handling heavy phone and radio traffic
taking all scheduling and driver complaints
report to Operations Supervisor/Contract Manager
serving as primary communication liaison with major contracted customer
handling charter reservations
providing solutions to drop-off and pick-up problems
handling back-up driver duties or performing miscellaneous clerical duties as needed
completing assignment of special projects
assisting with supervision of day-to-day operations
