As a Dispatcher with our team, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. In this role, you will coordinate technician schedules, support customers with professionalism, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to stay organized, think ahead, and maintain positive energy even on busy days will make you a perfect fit. There is an opportunity to earn quarterly KPI bonuses based on performance. 📍This is an on-site position. We are located at 3254 E Broadway rd., Phoenix AZ 85040 🚨Weekend availability is required What You Do - Dispatch and coordinate technicians to ensure timely service for customers nationwide. - Deliver friendly, confident communication when confirming appointments or handling escalated calls. - Use technology platforms (Service Titan, communication tools, scheduling software) to track and update job progress. - Monitor incoming calls, messages, and requests—responding promptly with a solutions oriented- mindset. - Stay aware of technician availability and job status updates throughout the day. - Ensure technicians’ schedules are optimized for efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Update customer accounts, notes, ETAs, schedule changes, and follow-ups in real time. - Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to keep operations flowing smoothly. - Identify conflicts or delays and proactively resolve them before they impact the customer experience. - Assist with daily reporting and general operational support. - Contribute to a positive team culture built on accountability, communication, and shared success. - Help with other tasks as needed; flexibility is key to our growing business.
