High School Diploma/GED, 5 years+ in specialized profession or Proficient in specialty including prior senior lead / supervisor experience

Responsible for performing the day-to-day activities of the Dispatch Department in accordance with current federal, state/Provincial, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing this facility. The Dispatch Manager will participate with and be directed by the General Manager or Operations Manager to ensure the Dispatch Department is run in a safe, efficient, and proper manner. _**Essential Job Duties**_ * Schedule drivers on routes daily. Prioritize and expedite rush or problem tickets that need immediate attention. Handle any issues with pick tickets (FSI, RCE and PLRC) or parts that did not get delivered on time (ETA). * Assign and manifest route drivers daily; be available as a back-up delivery person, if needed. Continuously recruit, providing performance feedback and coaching route personnel. * Communicate with internal and external customers. * Operate and interpret reports with Route Optimization or Roadnet system (Parts per hour and Parts Handled KPI's). * Monitor Fuel reports for loss prevention. * Manage time off requests and Kronos including pay period signature sheets. Schedule maintenance on vehicles and or break downs with mechanic(s). * Sign off on bills for maintenance and schedule rentals when/if needed. * Ensure we are compliant with drivers and paperwork for LKQ and DOT. Handle discipline issues and any drivers under probation because of their MVR and LKQ points. * Ensure the vehicle Pre and Post checklist is turned in each day. * Ensure new hire paperwork for driver (s) and training including LKQU, ISO and DOT is complete. * Maintain, organize and keep current driver phones or other communication devices as needed. * Handle
