Ensure the Dispatch Department is run in a safe, efficient, and proper manner; Parts per hour and Parts Handled KPI's

Must Have
High School Diploma/GED, 5 years+ in specialized profession or Proficient in specialty including prior senior lead / supervisor experience
What You'll Do.
Schedule drivers on routes daily
Prioritize and expedite rush tickets
Handle issues with pick tickets
Assign and manifest route drivers
Communicate with internal and external customers
Operate and interpret reports
Manage time off requests
Schedule maintenance on vehicles
Ensure compliance with drivers and paperwork
Handle discipline issues
Ensure vehicle checklist is turned in
Ensure new hire paperwork is complete
Maintain driver phones
Handle getting vehicle tags
Filing vehicle records
