This pivotal role requires a proactive individual to oversee and coordinate dispatch operations while providing excellent client support to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. As Dispatch Manager and Client Support, you will be responsible for managing the daily dispatch activities, coordinating with field staff, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients. Your role will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction through responsive support and solution-oriented problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in dispatching or client services within the construction or related industries.
