Must Have

Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking industry and/or dispatch experience(managing time sensitive shipment, Educational background in Supply Chain Management (or other relevant area such as Business), Dedicated experience providing customer service in a similar work environment, Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple, concurrent projects, including time-sensitive shipments., Knowledge and hands-on experience with freight bidding and rate negotiation processes., Good command of MS Office (Excel and Word) with an ability to quickly learn new software.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of the transportation industry and North American geography are considered assets.
