As a Dispatch Coordinator (Pharmacy Operations), you will manage the end-to-end dispatch process, ensuring medications move from the pharmacy to facilities seamlessly. You’ll monitor order queues, optimize delivery routes, coordinate with drivers, and resolve logistical challenges in real time — all while maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication with healthcare facilities and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a remote, fast-paced, technology-driven environment and contribute directly to improving the medication delivery experience for residents across the U.S. **Requirements** **What you'll do** * Monitor order queues and organize incoming prescription requests efficiently for dispatch. * Plan and optimize delivery routes based on urgency, geography, and facility needs. * Coordinate with drivers to provide route details, updates, and real-time support. * Verify orders and confirm patient and facility details for accuracy prior to dispatch. * Track delivery progress and proactively address any delays or route deviations. * Resolve ope
