Full Job Description
* Supportive team culture and modern Mount Maunganui location. * Varied role with genuine ownership and responsibility. * 9 day fortnight, 7.30am – 4.00pm Repertoire New Zealand is seeking a highly organised Dispatch Controller to manage the flow of stock from arrival at Head Office through to our stores and customers. This is a hands-on operational role responsible for ensuring inventory is accurately received, processed, distributed and dispatched to support product launches and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coordinate stock movements, manage dispatch activities and maintain warehouse operations to ensure products are available in the right place, at the right time. You'll work closely with internal teams, stores and courier partners, balancing accuracy, efficiency and brand standards in everything you do. Key Responsibilities * Receive, process and distribute stock, ensuring inventory is accurately checked, tagged, priced and allocated. * Manage customer orders, store replenishment and dispatch activities, ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule. * Coordinate courier services, resolve freight issues and monitor dispatch-related costs. * Maintain warehouse organisation, oversee stocktakes and manage seasonal inventory movements. * Support day-to-day operational requirements, including consumables, warehouse security and company vehicle maintenance. ## Qualifications You will bring experience in dispatch, warehousing, logistics or inventory control, along with: * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills. * A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently. * Confidence working with inventory systems and operational processes. * A willingness to be hands-on and contribute wherever required. ## Additional Information Why Repertoire? * Join a respected New Zealand fashion brand. * Varied role with genuine ownership and respo
