WHAT YOU WILL DO: Primarily focuses on keeping the dish, trash, and floors areas clean and organized to the highest level of Health and Kitchen standard Maintains dish machine by: •Checking for chemicals in dish machine to see they are filled and ready •Understanding how to use dish machine •Reporting any malfunctions to the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef •Keeping chemical testers on hand •Knows how to use all sanitizing materials used for cleaning •Checks trash periodically and removes if full •Organizes dish area with all solutions for pots, pans, sinks, and silver •Maintains a pace for washing all pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and glassware •Exercises caution when working with breakables (e.g., dishes and glassware) •Keeps floors clean from spills, grease, and general trash •Assists with preparation and additional cleaning throughout kitchen as needed •Maintains a professional relationship with all line cooks, coworkers, chef, and front-of-the-house staff •Upholds all Health and
