Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Define and execute the regional commercial strategy for lab filtration products, aligned with global and regional business priorities. Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Account Managers and Sales Specialists to drive growth across Whatman and Pall portfolios. Drive market share expansion across key segments including pharma, biopharma, CROs/CDMOs, and academic institutions. Oversee financial planning, demand forecasting, and performance tracking for assigned product portfolios. Build and execute customer acquisition and key account growth strategies across India and South Asia. Strengthen customer relationships and engage with key stakeholders in biotech, translational research, and academia. Provide technical leadership and capability development for commercial teams through training and continuous knowledge sharing. Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related scientific field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in life sciences commercial roles, with proven success in sales leadership or team management. Strong understanding of laboratory filtration, QC environments, OEM, and applied life sciences segments. Demonstrated ability to build and execute commercial strategies in a matrix organization. Strong leadership and people development skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze markets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
