growth and expansion of direct/indirect sales within India & South Asia on all catalogue Whatman and Pall branded products
Develop a team of Account Managers and Sales Specialists that focus on growing the two brands (Whatman and Pall)
Define and execute the Lab Filtration commercial strategy aligned with regional and global priorities
Drive market share growth across key verticals such as Pharma/ biopharma
Accountable for financial and demand planning for Whatman and Pall portfolios
Build and execute new customer (or key account) acquisition strategy with the country/region
Understand and analyze market/competitive dynamics and develop commercial plans to capitalize opportunities for growth
Continuously improve the technical know-how of the commercial teams and assure proficiency in lab filtration with effective training and routine communications
manage professional relations with key customers in biotech
translational research
and academia to understand customer needs
