What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of research experience in life sciences
Nice to Have
Experience in Single-Cell, NGS, or flow cytometry, Experience with Salesforce
What You'll Do.
Provide solutions to customer challenges in collaboration with Sales Specialists and Marketing.
Achieve target budgets for assigned products.
Provide product expertise to Sales Specialists and identify business opportunities in the field.
Build and maintain customer relationships over 3-5 years in the Diagnostics area
advancing Design-in activities.
Understand customer challenges and detection principles at each development step to propose accurate solutions utilizing material properties.
Provide feedback on insights gained from discussions with researchers and instrument demonstrations in the Genomics area (especially Single-cell business) to APAC and global teams.
Create and translate web content for the Consumable business
and conduct webinars.
Provide advanced technical expertise in pre-sales consultations
product demonstrations
and after-sales support.
Develop business opportunities to build a sales pipeline for achieving business goals.
Manage leads and prospects using CRM software (primarily Salesforce).
Build an internal network by effectively collaborating with domestic and international departments.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Marketing to provide solutions to customer challenges.; Collaborate with Account Managers, other Sales Specialists, Field Application Specialists, Service Engineers, Marketing, Product Managers, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support.; Build an internal network by effectively collaborating with domestic and international departments to maximize synergy and customer satisfaction.
