What You'll Do.
manage services and procedures that provide support to the business core of Airbus in their office space demands in Getafe
ensure that Airbus has the most suitable work environment for its employees and for the development of its activities

reducing cost and increasing productivity
participate in both the strategic planning and the day-to-day operations
performing an efficient space usage through the organization by balancing needs and strategy
promoting innovation and best practice working environment
Collaborate in a team that provides technical expertise on how best to maximize occupancy and space utilisation and providing best possible Space solutions to Airbus employees
Collaborate with the team acting as PMO for all refurbishment projects and reorganization planned on the site
Ensured an optimal relationship with Airbus business partner
understand and anticipate of business & customer needs including active demand management and supplier performance management to ensure delivery on time
Manage company’s physical space inventory including tracking and maintaining space and occupancy information to ensure all necessary data & information for mid-term space evolution (Master planning) and a stable stakeholder management
Develop and implement solutions for business needs in accordance to the FM strategy
To collaborate with the Better workplace project management
Design and promote innovation in Airbus work spaces according to market trends
To collaborate with the Activity Based Working project deployment
Provides quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at Management level
Provides performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and propose mitigation actions if needed

The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. **The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.** _**What does this internship consists in?**_ Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
