We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies. **_Depending on his/her scope, the incumbent will be in charge of one the domain :_** ****Budget**** * _Budget Awareness_ : Demonstrate awareness of project budgets and strive to optimize resource utilization within their scope of work. ****Support operations** :** * _Technical Solution Execution_ : Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects, focusing on Newness levels 1-2 (fully applied or design based on existing rules). * _Problem Solving Support_ : Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers, applying Valeo standard methodologies like QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to analyze issues and contribute to solution finding. * _Technical Documentation_ : Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations, to effectively communicate their work. ****Competencies:**** * _Technical Development_ : Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements. * _Technical Coaching_ : Provide technical guidance and support to Discipline Junior Engineers, fostering their onboarding and skill development. * _Design Standard Application_ : Apply existing design standards effectively in their work, ensuring alignment with Valeo's guidelines and best practices. ****Efficiency** :** * _Digitalization Roadmap Adoption_ : Actively adopt and utilize digital tools and processes outlined in the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap to enhance efficiency and productivity. * _Continuous
