physically able to perform position requirements, stand on cement floors for 8 plus hours, lift and install engine components weighing 40 lbs. repeatability and 80 lbs. occasionally, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time, exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment, work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise levels, lift up to 100 pounds

Must Have
Technical knowledge and ability to read instructions, specifications, drawings etc., Ability to use tools (hand tools, pneumatic tools, power tools), Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Good understanding of quality control procedures, Good verbal communication skills., Safely and effectively complete quality disassembly process according to Tri Star standards.
