Physically able to perform position requirements, Able to stand on cement floors for 8 plus hours, Ability to lift and install engine components weighing 40 lbs. repeatability and 80 lbs. occasionally, Excellent hand-eye coordination, Occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time., May be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment., Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions., May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE)., May be exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise levels., Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Must Have
Technical knowledge and ability to read instructions, specifications, drawings etc., Ability to use tools (hand tools, pneumatic tools, power tools), Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Good understanding of quality control procedures, Good verbal communication skills., Safely and effectively complete quality disassembly process according to Tri Star standards.
