This role is central to how a large, complex technology organization plans, manages, and scales its workforce — connecting workforce strategy to operational execution in meaningful ways. You'll partner across Product Management, Finance, HR and Data Solutions Leadership to ensure that the right people are in the right roles at the right time, while building the systems and processes that make that possible. **What You 'll Be Doing** * Lead end-to-end workforce operations strategy, including headcount and token planning, position management, and organizational design in partnership with Data Solutions leadership * Partner with Product Management and cross-functional leadership to manage workforce pipelines, capacity planning and hiring roadmaps aligned to business priorities * Own the full position lifecycle — from requisition creation through offer approval — ensuring process integrity and speed * Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into workforce health, open headcount,
