Must Have

8–12+ years of experience in Workday consulting, transformation, or professional services leadership, Proven experience building or leading practice-level initiatives, programs, or offerings, understanding of the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, Finance, and partner landscape, Experience applying AI tools and technologies to improve business processes, delivery, or operations, Demonstrated ability to: Identify high-value AI use cases, Demonstrated ability to: Build scalable solutions and frameworks, Demonstrated ability to: Drive adoption across a consulting organization, client-facing and executive communication skills, Experience supporting sales pursuits and solution development, Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities

With years of functional and technical experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle, we can determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies. We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases. We are seeking a Director, Workday AI Transformation Practice Leader to define and scale our AI strategy across our Workday practice. This role is responsible for shaping how AI is leveraged across our business—including go-to-market strategy, delivery enablement, internal productivity, and client advisory services. This is not a role focused on configuring AI within Workday. Instead, this leader will drive how we integrate AI into our ways of working, leverage the broader ecosystem, and position AI as a core differentiator in how we sell and deliver Workday services. The ideal candidate will combine Workday expertise, consulting leadership, and practical AI application to deliver measurable impact across both client outcomes and internal efficiency.
