The Director, Website & SEO will serve as the business owner and product manager for the website, partnering across Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Web Development, and Marketing Operations to prioritize initiatives, improve user experience, drive conversion performance, and increase organic visibility. We are looking for someone who combines strong website product ownership, technical SEO expertise, analytics depth, and conversion optimization experience. This role requires someone who can think strategically while still being hands-on in execution. As the Director, Website & SEO, you have the opportunity to own and shape the evolution of Construction.com as a critical growth platform for the business. This is a high visibility role across Marketing, Web Development, and executive leadership teams driving direct impact across SEO, conversion optimization, analytics, and customer experience. This is an opportunity to help modernize Dodge’s search and website strategy as AI continues to reshape how buyers discover information online!
