What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, Proven leadership capabilities, Hands-on experience overseeing daily warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and labor planning, In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations, safety programs, quality and compliance standards, Experience with budgeting, cost control, and managing P&L, Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills, Communication: presentation skills, verbal and written communication, including active listening, Ability to lead change, drive continuous improvement, and implement process efficiencies, Experience with warehouse automation and material handling systems, Critical Thinking & Decision-Making, Organization
Nice to Have
Lean, Six Sigma, or similar
What You'll Do.
Direct daily activities including receiving
Develop and implement warehouse strategies
and mentor warehouse staff
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
and develop warehouse teams
Identify and implement opportunities to improve facility operations
Act as primary point of contact for customer
Ensure all logistics activities meet contractual obligations
Bridge gaps between departments
