What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, Proven leadership capabilities, Hands-on experience overseeing daily warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and labor planning, In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations, safety programs, quality and compliance standards, Experience with budgeting, cost control, and managing P&L, Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills, Communication: presentation skills, verbal and written communication, including active listening, Ability to lead change, drive continuous improvement, and implement process efficiencies, Experience with warehouse automation and material handling systems, Critical Thinking & Decision-Making, Organization: Ability to manage workflows, schedules, and resource allocation, Reside within 30-40 miles of the facility

What You'll Do.
Direct daily activities including receiving
Develop and implement warehouse strategies
and mentor warehouse managers
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
Develop operating budgets
Prepare reports for senior management
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify and implement opportunities to improve facility operations
Act as primary point of contact for customer
Ensure logistics activities meet contractual obligations
Nurture key customer relationships
Bridge gaps between departments
Perform additional duties as assigned
