Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Define and evolve the vision, standards, and long-term direction of the visual design discipline across the organization Lead, mentor, and develop design leaders and teams, fostering a culture of craft excellence and continuous improvement Partner with creative, motion, production, and product teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality design execution across all outputs Establish and govern scalable design systems, workflows, and operational best practices Champion the adoption of AI-assisted design tools and emerging creative technologies Provide strategic direction on complex creative initiatives and guide teams through ambiguity Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients to communicate design value and influence outcomes Requirements: 8+ years of experience in visual and interactive design, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design work across digital products, campaigns, or brand systems Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, including advanced use of design systems (components, variants, auto layout) Proven experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in complex organizations Strong understanding of AI-driven design workflows and modern creative technologies Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence both technical and executive audiences Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience preferred Benefits: Competitive salary range: $157,500 – $200,000 USD Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off and company holidays Paid parental leave Flexible, collaborative, and creative work environment Opportunity to work with global, high-profile clients Inclusive workplace with strong diversity and equity values ## Additional Information How Jobgether
