Manage vendor performance

Manage vendor offboarding

Lead contract governance for the firm

Administer the vendor Code of Conduct

Lead vendor ESG reporting and accountability

Manage portfolio against published ESG targets

Maintain the vendor segmentation framework

Drive tier-appropriate vendor risk reviews

Deliver quarterly Strategic Vendor reviews

Forecast executive lead renewal pipeline

Report on spend coverage

Partner across departments for vendor strategy

Lead software compliance verification

Report on software compliance monthly

Conduct audit-readiness reviews

Reconcile client contracts

Reconcile vendor agreements

Reconcile system partner agreements

Automate three-way validation process
