What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years progressive experience in Downstream Operations and Technology, Significant senior leadership experience, Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams across multiple geographies, Full accountability for operational outcomes, Deep expertise across multiple Fulfillment and Warehousing domains, Breadth of experience across the full Fulfillment Value Stream portfolio, Commercial acumen and experience, Experience delivering measurable business impact, Extensive experience Fulfillment and Warehousing technology ecosystems, Experience operating as a senior stakeholder in cross-functional governance and product/technology lifecycle processes
Nice to Have
Experience with Industrial Engineering hardware integration a plus, Track record of developing senior talent, Building high-performance organizations

Define strategic direction for Fulfillment and Warehousing process
Own multi-year capability roadmap and global template
Lead and mentor indirect team
