What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience in Vaccines value and access, pricing, or reimbursement, Proven success in product launches and cross-functional leadership, Experience with value-based contracting and provider risk models

Nice to Have

Experience working within or with health plans, managed care organizations, Health Systems, Familiarity with how payers evaluate vaccine coverage and set immunization policies, Understanding of commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare benefit structures

What You'll Do.

Drive U. S. PEDs/TDAP/Meningitis vaccines value and access strategy

Optimize customer engagements by guiding VALs

and associated field team conversations

Create customer-facing reimbursement and FADAMA-approved materials and effectively train appropriate material use

Communicate the clinical and real-world value of therapies

Support field teams with strategic messaging and tools to enhance reimbursement

and contract discussions

Align access strategies with the best reimbursement pathways

and competitive analysis

Monitor access trends

and opportunities to inform strategy and execution

Identify quality measure and Health IT (HIT) opportunities to support brand objectives and optimize market access

Serve as a core member of launch teams

embedding with brand teams to shape access strategy

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Ensure alignment across brand, pricing, reimbursement, and customer engagement teams; Collaborate with Pricing, Contracting, and HEVA teams; Represent the customer voice across internal teams including Brand, HEVA, Pricing, Contracting, Policy, and Public Affairs; Share insights and best practices across teams; Partner with Early Commercial and Business Development
