The team is evolving rapidly to meet the strong demand for valuations of the more complex and fascinating real estate. We work for some of the most high profile corporate occupiers, operators, specialist funds, developers, infrastructure funds, banks, finance providers and public sector landowners in assisting them determine the value of the more interesting land and buildings and infrastructure in both the UK and Europe.
